Your privacy on MindaRide.

MindaRide is an independent, individually-operated trip-planning service based in Davao City, Philippines. It is not a registered company. For any privacy question or request, contact officialmindaride@gmail.com.

Account information

If you sign in with Google, MindaRide receives your email address, name, and profile photo from Google through Supabase Auth, the authentication service MindaRide uses. MindaRide does not receive or store your Google password.

App activity

MindaRide stores the routes and trips you save, and any route requests or fare or schedule contributions you submit through the Requests page, so they can be reviewed and linked to your account.

MindaRide AI messages

Messages you send to the in-app MindaRide AI assistant are sent to third-party AI providers (including Google Gemini and other providers used as fallbacks) to generate a response. Do not share sensitive personal information in AI chat messages.

Analytics

MindaRide uses Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, including pages visited, approximate location derived from IP address, and device and browser information.

Advertising

MindaRide displays ads through Google AdSense, which may set cookies to show relevant ads and measure ad performance. Controls to manage your ad and cookie preferences are being added to the site.

Information is used to operate and improve MindaRide: to plan and display trips, save your routes, respond to community submissions, provide the AI assistant, understand usage patterns, and show ads that help keep MindaRide free to use.

MindaRide relies on the following third-party services, each with its own privacy practices:

• Supabase - account authentication and app data storage.
• Google Analytics - usage analytics.
• Google AdSense - advertising.
• AI providers (including Google Gemini) - processing MindaRide AI assistant messages.

MindaRide does not sell your personal information. Information is shared only with the third-party services listed above, as needed to operate MindaRide, or when required by law.

Account and app data is retained while your account remains active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing officialmindaride@gmail.com.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing officialmindaride@gmail.com. MindaRide does not currently offer self-service account deletion, so requests are handled manually.

MindaRide is not directed at children under 13, and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

This policy may be updated as MindaRide changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page.
