Using MindaRide.

By using MindaRide, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use MindaRide.

MindaRide is an independent trip-planning and fare-reference service. It does not sell bus tickets. Confirm current fares, departure times, and seat availability with the operator or terminal.

Fares, schedules, routes, and operator information on MindaRide combine LTFRB-based fare references, MindaRide's own route research, terminal checks, and community submissions. This information can change without notice, may not always be current, and should be confirmed with the operator or terminal before travel. MindaRide does not guarantee that any displayed fare, schedule, or departure will remain available.

Some features, such as saving trips and submitting route requests, require signing in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure. MindaRide is not responsible for activity on your account resulting from a compromised Google account.

MindaRide relies partly on community-submitted route, fare, and schedule information. When submitting information, you agree to submit information you believe is accurate and not to submit false, misleading, or abusive content. You agree not to misuse MindaRide, including by scraping, automated bulk data collection, attempting to disrupt the service, or attempting to bypass its normal access methods.

The MindaRide name, logo, and original content are the property of MindaRide's operator. By submitting route requests or fare or schedule contributions, you grant MindaRide a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and publish that submission as part of the service.

MindaRide may link to or rely on third-party services, including bus operators, Google services, and AI providers. MindaRide is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

MindaRide is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MindaRide's operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of MindaRide, including missed trips, fare discrepancies, or reliance on information that has changed since it was last verified.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

These terms may be updated as MindaRide changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page.
